Automatic systems

Fonderia Morini is equipped with two automatic systems, both with robotic casting and different moulding box sizes, to optimize our investments in equipment:

• Automatic plant with 800x800 H600 moulding box (60 moulding boxes per hour) - maximum castable weight 60 kg
• Automatic plant with 600x400 H400 moulding box (90 moulding boxes per hour) - maximum castable weight 18 kg

Both systems are equipped with the same software and hardware systems, to ensure the maximum ease of use by all personnel assigned to the automatic departments.
