Sand casting

Fonderia Morini has two high-productivity automatic systems for green sand casting.

The first plant is equipped with:

• 800x800 moulding boxes, up to 500 mm height
• production capacity of 60 moulding boxes/hour.

The second counts:

• 600x400 moulding boxes, up to 400 mm height
• production capacity of 80/90 moulding boxes/hour;
• cutting-edge casting robot.
