The semi-automatic system of Fonderia Morini allows producing casts with special shapes, weights and sizes, so as not to be constrained by the dimensions of the moulding box.

The plant consists of a pair of forming machines, compatible with moulding boxes up to 1800x850 mm and used for large casts weighing even more than 800 kg. The equipment also includes a 1000 kg/h automatic rapid melting furnace and two reversible crucible furnaces.

The particular care with which this casting cycle is carried out requires manual skills and ensures the high quality level of Fonderia Morini's casts.
