The three-year agreement brings along several new features for the protection of all worker’s rights. These include "a permanent professionalizing training course, grading review with the Rsu, meetings on health and safety, a facilitated path for obtaining permits for family reunification, additional permits of two days for paternity and five days for illnesses of underage children."
