AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

FONDERIA MORINI has two highly productive automated systems. The first operates with brackets measuring 600x400 mm and up to a maximum height of 400 mm, and has a production capacity of 80/90 brackets per hour. The second operates with brackets measuring 800x800 mm and up to a maximum height of 500 mm, with a production capacity of 60 brackets per hour. This last section is organized to allow production over 2 shifts, and has been significantly enhanced by the introduction of combined electric/methane furnaces, equipped with the very latest casting robot. It was also recently completely renovated with the reconstruction, from the ground up, of the entire bracket moulding system.
