Modelling

The department has the capacity to create any kind of pattern, in wood, resin or aluminium, to be mounted on plates sized to conform to the various moulding box dimensions. The equipment installed in the modelling department not only allows for the creation of patterns that are completely suitable to the characteristics of the Foundry production plants, but also allows great savings in time and cost.

From project and preparation of the technical drawings up to the casting of the samples applying both traditional techniques for the construction, maintenance, and adaptation to our plants, and using our newly installed work station for the construction of models directly from digital files.
